Arrive Saturday morning (or Friday if you can help out) to take full advantage of the days activities. Enjoy an evening by the fire or in the new Kimberley Bar and Grill. BYO tent and swag at our fully serviced camping site or stay Saturday night in one of the accommodation dongars.

Guest Speaker : Perth Tower Controller Tim Wright
Tim will be present on Saturday afternoon to give a short informal discussion on traffic control matters and communicating with recreational/part time/amateur pilots.
And to to answer any questions and become familiar with ATC.
Please use this as opportunity to dispel some fears and talk face to face with a 'real ATC guy'. For some of us the initial contact with ATC is difficult, what do we say? When do we say it? What can we ask for? What do ATC need to know of us? We have Brooklands drop zone near YWGM, should we be communicating with ATC?

Visiting Aircraft
Normal operations shall be followed. Please avoid overflying the neighbouring house adjacent to the threshold of RWY 09 to the north.
Please register with the ground crew.
Aircraft Parking
Please follow the ground marshal and listen in on 123.45
Car Parking
Parking is available in the area to the right just before the STOP sign. Please follow the signs.

Please follow the road around the lake you will be directed to your booked area.
